All deposits remunerated on quotations and contracts provided by Tizard Design are considered forfeit to Tizard Design. Tizard Design will provide adequate time frames for content delivery on contractual obligations, and will not be liable for any direct, Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages in this regard.
